One can recall the Tub chairs being around from the times of King Henry, the French monarch, who took a fancy to the curved look of the chairs and decided that tub chair would be an asset to his court. The extensive comfort offered to the lower back by these chairs makes them the ideal choice for those that have a really stressful job.

The fact that someone sinks his entire body into the frame which is comfortably cushioned means it is the ideal couch for those who perform manual work or those who perform jobs while standing.
